Scope / Service
Architectural design for the development of a new urban and landscape space in the inner city area of Leipzig located on 40,2ha of fallow land around an old station area. Scope included open space planning with sports and recreational facilities, living areas (townhouses and multi-storey dwelling) and public facilities (school and kindergartens). Development of stages for realisation.
